Unfortunately yeah, it's the bar. If you have either a high lvl arc or a high lvl friend that doesn't get a lot of visitors to their GB you could use GB rewards to transfer to inventory

Well, you can count on it as a 100FP pack. I currently don't need any of the silver league chest ingredients, so I just keep it unopened
