All the week I thought I would not spend diamonds at this event. Now its weekend and I allmost spent them all at random stuff, not really winning a lot of main prizes. Happy weekend. Lets use those diamonds anyway.

I've never done a major city redesign without it. It's better than reconstruction mode in that it also lets you add buildings you don't have yet, making it easier to plan out future layouts.
