The attack bonus increases over a few eras. For example it provides 8% if it's in the Modern, Post Modern, or Contemporary Era.

For Tomorrow and the Future it provides 9%. The other stats for the building increase with each era.

In total agreement. That goes for all special buildings as once they have been built you can't see their stats as they obviously aren't listed in the build menu.

+1 from me I have been caught wasting an upgrade for very little benefit. Now I wait at least 2 ages before using kits with the exception of chumps of course lol
