our Guild Founder went inactive about a year ago. luckily she gave 3 others Founder rights before she went inactive. however, we are unable to remove her from the Guild (option is greyed out). is this now something only support can do?

cleared cache, cookies too. can't log in with chrome. but have got in fine with firefox. don't like ff though as it gets really slow and jerky playing FoE.

just refreshes? does nothing else for me.

no idea what that means. is it something that can affect some users and not others? don't understand how some can log in fine and others can't.

maybe browser related? i have chrome and no go. but a friend using ff has logged in fine.

can log in fine using app, but only loads 48-51% on pc (en-E/R/S/T)

tried again today. lasted between 4 and 7h before it broke and added everyone.

on desktop (not sure about app) upper right, there is an icon to represent inactive buildings (a crescent/sleeping moon). you click on it and it takes you to a building not currently doing anything.

was looking good for about 4 hours ish on today's test. but whole Guild added by 4.5h. although hasn't auto given everyone admin rights this time (yet).

exactly the same happened to us. created an admin only test thread. checked who was in, only admins listed. after a short period, started getting posts from non-admins. checked who was in, and whole Guild had access AND admin rights to the thread.
