Animations for military and residential buildings

Proposal:
Graphical Animations should be implemented for residential and military buildings.

Have you Checked the Ideas section for the same idea posted by someone else? Is this idea similar to one that has been previously suggested?
Yes, no one proposed this.

Reason:
I love marvelling at the animations for goods, cultural, production buildings and great buildings. That is why it would make sense if each military and residential building had its own animation too.

Details:
Residential buildings would have some animations no matter what. Military buildings would have an animation only if a unit is being trained. EDIT: Added to that suggestion, an option in settings(off by default), should be given to players who like to have these extra animations on(that is to prevent lag),

Balance:
Implementing these graphical improvements would cause developers to have to create animations for these type of buildings each time a new age is added.

In conclusion, my idea is to have some animations implemented to residential buildings, and to military buildings if a unit is training.

A lot of players complain about lag. Having animations for all buildings does not make sense at all. Most players have animations disabled, so they have less problems running the game.

That setting is already there. What is the use of extra animations if it results in more players having to use that setting?
