Web version for mobile

Is this a good idea

I thought it qould be a good idea to have a web version of forge of empires for mobile players because some people are not allowed to download any app they wnt.

I want an linux app as my chromebook is crap and i am not using google play on my chromebook or linux plays up and i wont be able to learn python is i down load the FoE app for android on my chromebook
