i bust my hip 3 years ago and have now developed a condition called AVN, avascular necerosis, and need a full hip replacement.
if we are talkin medical abbreviations

That is bad, I hope you have very good care are you are very young to have a hip-op. Did it take a long time to get a diagnosis? It sounds rare.

not rare, just my luck the way i broke it. kind of went across the bone instead of vertical so stops the blood flow getting to the top of the femur. this in turn has given me this extra headache. still waiting for the compo cheque too, soon as that arrives, i am off back to italy punto!
