Double goods production (GBs)

Hi to all,
I've noticed something strange when i contribute to other players' GBs that produce goods. I have attached two screenshots as example.
For one player, LoA produces 10 goods at lvl 3 and at level 5 it should produce 13 goods. However, another player that has lvl 5 LoA has 26 goods per day production. What gives this double bonus?

From Modern Era onwards GB produce double amount of goods, but they are from 4 eras below instead. Then you use those to produce current era goods.
