No, that's really my best options. I've already got a full set of blueprints for Observatory, but since I've got an Arc, I'm in no rush to build it. I've just arrived in LMA, so I haven't got the whole set for Saint Basil or Saint Mark, whichever it is that gives you defence bonus. I've got a few full sets of CdM, but I presume it's one of the GBs that I'll want to push furthest from level 10, so any extra full set is welcome.

Well, some high guilds desire high Observatories, so maybe an extra Obs set would be most useful. Especially if you can't get ahold of all GBs you desire due to age restriction.
