Duplicate: quest Bug karchago

Hello I get the quest for searching the chest's in Karchago. for this I need to get 3 section of
Karchago. After making this the quest show me the hidden reward about 20 jewelry but after
accept nothing happend and in my stock no jewelry is stored.
Hope you can manage there somethink because I need jewelry for some research.

What does the duplicate now means.
I need this jewelry from the quest, without I can not go on
more research. What is now the solution.
I am still waiting for my 20 jewelry from the finished quest karchago
(conquer 3 pieces to solf the quest)

Duplicate means it's already been reported that some quests don't give you the promised rewards. Thus it's already known to the developers and will be fixed with one of the upcoming updates.
